Clean UP – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and MEGAMOBI LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access and use of the mobile application named Clean UP (the “App”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Clean UP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the App.
1. App License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Clean UP on your Apple iOS device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
- Copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the App;
- Use the App for any illegal, infringing, or unauthorized purposes;
- Tamper with or bypass any feature, security restriction, or subscription limitation within the App.
2. Device Permissions
Clean UP requires certain system permissions to deliver core functions, including access to your photo library, contacts, local storage, audio output, and network information.
All media and contact scanning runs locally on your device. We do not automatically upload your photos, videos or contact data to our servers. You control all deletion, compression and contact merge operations. You may revoke permissions at any time via your device Settings, but some features will cease to function.
3. Free & Premium Subscription Services
The App is free to download. Some functions are limited in the free version. Full unlimited access to all cleanup and network tools requires a Clean UP Premium subscription.
3.1 Subscription Terms
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the expiry of your active subscription.
- You may manage or cancel auto-renewal at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings.
- No partial-period refunds are provided by us. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via App Store support. We have no authority to process refunds.
3.2 Pricing
Subscription prices are displayed within the App purchase screen and may be updated periodically. Price changes will take effect upon the next renewal cycle.
4. User Responsibility for Data Operations
Clean UP provides tools to detect duplicate/similar photos, large files, duplicate contacts and compress videos.
You are solely responsible for reviewing all items before deletion or modification. We strongly recommend you back up photos, videos and contacts before performing cleanup operations.
5. Speaker Cleaner & Network Tools Disclaimer
The Speaker Cleaner feature generates sound frequencies to assist in clearing speaker debris. We do not guarantee full removal of dust or improved audio quality. Use this function at your own risk.
Network Test and WiFi Info tools provide local network data for reference only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, stability or completeness of network results.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App to delete, alter or misuse third-party copyrighted content;
- Interfere with the App’s normal operation, introduce malware or exploit bugs;
- Use the App to collect, scrape or distribute other people’s contact information without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not warrant that the App will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all iOS device models and system versions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App from your device.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of Clean UP after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your region. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the selected jurisdiction.
